JCE 2.0 updated

This release, hot on the heels of JCE 2.0.2, fixes a Fatal Error when editing Profiles or MediaBox Parameters. As this error could prevent users from being able to edit Profiles, a quick update was necessary.

The Joomla Project is pleased to announce the immediate availability of Joomla 1.7.0. This is a security release. This is also the first release made within the new six-month release cycle that started with the delivery of Joomla 1.6 in January 2011.

Version 1.6.5 will reach end of life one month from today, on 19 August 2011. All users of version 1.6 should update to version 1.7.0 before that time. The update process is very simple, and complete instructions are available here.

好久沒更新囉! 隨著joomla 1.6 的發佈, 太多新的功能被加入到新版本裡, 尤其一些原本在 joomla1.5 所沒有的而讓一些元件有機可趁的功能, 都因為 1.6 發佈而黯然失色!! 我在說誰呢? K2 , 就是K2!!!!! 它不是沒有優點, 其實優點也一堆耶, 但是不容易上手是它的缺點. 原本用來發佈用的K2系統, 我也把它幹掉了. 因為 何必沒事找事做哩. 用 windows live writer 來寫文章也很方便阿. 也不用怕session 會過期 , 讓打了一堆字的文章付之一炬.  這一年來 Facebook 實在是太流行了, 讓 joomla 跟 臉書的整合應該用如火如荼來形容. 而 joomla 也真的沒讓我們失望. 它也都做到了. 光看那一堆元件 模組 外掛 不管免錢還是要錢的 大家都可以找到想要的功能 , 尤其是類FB這一塊.  喜見的是JOOMLA越來越壯大. 但是 能否追上 wordpress , 尚待觀察!! 跟 專業寫程式的人還是有很大關係吧.  joomla 容易上手架站容易, 不代表它很好玩, 其實想玩的人, 真的 英文要練好至少要看得懂. 不然 以目前台灣的環境, 會的高手  它不可能教你 因為它靠這賺錢. 菜鳥自己在那裏搞來搞去, 看不懂英文, 就算 google 來 googe 去還是無用. 當你想架站, 你就不是 users, 請不要想用中文來學 joomla!
